Hilpert’s practice includes zoning and land use matters, litigation pertaining to municipal land use determinations and SEQRA, and general litigation. Ms. Hilpert represents clients seeking approvals before municipal boards, and litigates in both federal and state court. Ms. Hilpert joined the firm upon graduation from law school. While at Pace University School of Law she was the managing editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review, was Shamberg Scholar Fellow at the Land Use Law Center, and Editor of Gaining Ground, a quarterly newsletter. Prior to law school, Ms. Hilpert was an asset manager with a private commercial real estate investment company. Ms. Hilpert currently is an adjunct professor of law at Pace University School of Law where she teaches courses in land use and legal writing. She has lectured on issues related to land development and affordable housing.
